Huerta Escolar - School Garden

Check out the gorgeous HUGE school garden that my central school put together all by themselves while I was on vacation (well, we had planned it before I left but then they actually followed through!)!! Now I'm meeting with the teachers weekly to help them use the garden as a teaching tool - multiplying seed rows and learning about vitamins in vegetables and such. It's just in the very beginning stages but it's a project I'm really excited about!! And I can't wait to eat the veggies!!!
