A Very Paraguayan Thanksgiving

At a beautiful retreat center in Encarnacion, a hundred PC volunteers and staff enjoyed a traditional Thanksgiving meal, complete with turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, salad, cranberries, rolls, apple pie and pumpkin pie. We also enjoyed less traditional activities such as sunbathing, ping pong tournaments, a talent show, and sharing beers with friends. Hope everyone had a happy turkey day in the US!

OH - and I can't forget to send birthday wishes to my dad, who turned an undisclosed age yesterday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!!
