the last cannoli

As if we haven't been counting down for months, I'm officially beginning the FINAL countdown today: ONE WEEK until I leave for Peace Corps training. As part of the countdown, I have (since last month, actually) been trying to enjoy all the things I won't get to have anymore, such as cannolis and chocolate mousse. Unfortunately, add that to my rule that when you're visiting someone in the hospital, the calories don't count, and we may have a bit of a problem fitting into all the new clothes I bought for Paraguay....
