fruits falling from the trees

It’s mango season, as you can see the trees are literally dripping with mangoes. Because of the drought, the mangoes came way later than last year (my mom got to eat some in October!), but at least they came. Mango trees are gigantic and great for shade, so most families have planted them and now reap the results with linda sombra (nice shade) and tons of mangoes to give away. Exhibit A: The huge bag of mangoes I was gifted from neighborhood kids.
